• Experience: At least 05 years of experience in an equivalent position in construction investment.
• Experience and strategic thinking in the management, organization and administration of Business activities, Project Development, Services
• Being able to initiate and seize business investment opportunities, to realize investment opportunities.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, innovation.
• Fluent English communication.

* Job description:

• Formulating overall strategy and operation plan, meeting the strategic goals from the Corporation
• Presiding over building the management model, organizational structure, human resources and policies and procedures of the Company according to its competence.
• Approving detailed implementation plans for each functional department, in accordance with the overall goals of the Corporation
• Organizing budgeting and budget control appropriately and effectively
